We use vegetables that are selected by our chef, and are sent directly from around 100 farmers nationwide. These vegetables are mainly used for all of our menu items at Mr. FARMER.
We try to choose organic vegetables, ingredients, drinks and seasonings as much as possible. We don’t use MSG and exclude food additive as much as we can.
Vegan, Gluten-free, and power protein menus have already entrenched themselves in people’s life style on the West coast of America and are not a temporary trend.
